Sam was a really great person to deal with. The car was as described in the advert and arranging to see it was straightforward. Sam sent details of how to find his premises, which is quite well hidden! Test drive was useful and covered a range of driving conditions. Sam agreed to put new tires on the front to cover off some comments on the last MOT. Delivery was really useful and he delivered it as requested. Overall Sam was a really nice guy, did not pressure me to buy the car and we ended up chatting about other things once the deal for the car was sorted. I have been driving the Mazda for a few days now and it seems like a real bargain.

Absolutely fantastic can’t fault them at all went out of their way to accommodate me picking the car up, there was a battery issue (no fault of msd auto) and they are having a new one delivered to my address, highly recommended nothing is too much trouble I would happily buy another car from here fantastic service

Great customer service. Sam dropped the car to our house as requested. Held the car with a deposit while we sorted the insurance. great after service, I found there wasn’t a spare wheel and Sam had one delivered to our house. Highly recommend.
